Open House and Freshman Parent Meeting 2014

The 2014 LHWHS Open House is scheduled for Thursday, August 21 at 7pm.

PRINCIPAL'S NEWSLETTER: The purpose of Open House is for teachers to present information that will focus on learning and what students should know and be able to do as a result of attending each of their courses. Overviews of special projects, major assignments, assessment methods, grading scales, and other important aspects of each course may also be discussed. Contact information including teacher email addresses, voice mail extensions and website information will also be provided.

Please be aware that Open House is not a time to conduct individual conferences or discuss specific concerns with your student's classroom teacher. Such conversations, if necessary, should be scheduled individually with the teacher(s) in question at an alternate time. If possible, access Infinite Campus through the parent portal and print your student's schedule prior to arriving that evening. We will have schedules available in the Performing Arts Center lobby beginning at 6:30pm, but this will save you time prior to the beginning of Open House.

FRESHMAN PARENT MEETING
There will be a freshman parent meeting before Parent Open House, starting at 6pm.
