They usually have a great deal of useful information for you and your student to know, so we thought we'd share them here. Hey everyone! Do you find life stressful? Get ready for De-stress Day on Dec. 12th. It's an event during seminar where you can relax with therapy dogs, yoga, meditation, and more. A survey will be sent out this week to sign up. Please complete by Nov. 21st. Contact Jasmine Neal (jneal60@ladueschools.net) for more info.

Challenger Learning Center STL is having their annual Inspiring Teacher Awards on January 25, 2018. If you have a teacher that has inspired you into a STEM course of study or career you can nominate them for an award. If you would like to nominate a teacher, please see Mrs. Schlager in the front office for more information.

The Powder Puff game will be on Friday, December 1 at 3:30 at the West Campus.  Juniors and seniors can sign up during all lunches this week in the Commons.  You must pay the $20 for your shirt when you sign up.

Attention all students auditioning for the musical!  The dance audition will occur on Thursday, November 16 at 5PM in the orchestra room.  Please see Mr. Pecka for more information.

STUCO is collecting gently used and new coats. The coat drive will last until November 21. Look for the collection bins in the commons.

Sign up for the Ladue Dance Marathon today at www.LadueDM.com! All students who want to participate and raise money for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals of St. Louis must register to start raising money For The Kids! Help our school reach our goal of $50,000 by the day of the Dance Marathon on February 3rd - FTK!

Club Summit is holding a canned goods drive through November 17th. Please drop off any canned goods in the bins stationed outside the Commons, the PAC and the Front Office. All of the goods donated will be packaged and sent as relief efforts for Hurricane Victims.

After School Library will be open today from 2:30 to 4:00. See you there!

COLLEGE AND CAREER

The following college will be in the College & Career Office.  If interested please sign up on Family Connection.
Friday, Nov. 17.  St. Louis College of Pharmacy at 9:30am.

Monday, Nov. 20, at 1:00pm a student ambassador, Sam Lopate, from  Yale University will be available for questions in the College Office.

Tuesday, November 21, at 10:30am Cadet Shock from the US Naval Academy will be available for questions in the College Office.

 

SPORTS

With a 34-20 victory over Hillsboro High School on Friday night, your Rams have advanced to play Parkway Central in the MSHSAA Class 4A Football Semifinal.  Ladue plays at Parkway Central High School on Friday, November 17 at 7:00.  Come out to the game, show you 'DUE Pride, and cheer your Rams on to victory.  Admission - $7
